Support our work
The #ThinkJIA campaign is about getting information to health professionals, schools and parents so they know about juvenile idiopathic arthritis, can spot the signs and symptoms, and know what to do if they come across them in a child.
Sadly, campaigns sending information to many people cost money. Getting our information pack to one GP practice costs around £3. Getting information to a primary school, and through them to every family, costs around £20 per school. We are hoping to reach 7,500 GP practices, and 21,000 primary schools.
We are targeting primary schools as many children with JIA develop symptoms early in childhood, with fewer first showing symptoms whilst at secondary school.
